Women’s Book Club:


The Women’s book club meets monthly on the third Thursday of each month in the homes of the women who wish to host meetings.  The books chosen for the following months are:

Women’s Book Club

Men’s Book Club:


The Congregational Church of Austin’s men’s book club started in 1992. It includes men from the church and friends of church members.  Meetings are hosted at 10:30 AM on the third Wednesday of each by members of the club.  In January, the club makes its selections for the year from recommendations by members. The subjects are diverse; they include histories, novels, mysteries, religion, science, and politics. Once each summer, a poetry meeting combined with the women’s bookclub  is hosted by the Briggs family at their Lake Travis home. A club website provides more details see the link below.
